Mandatory Team Parent and Scorekeeping training

It is MANDATORY that every team send their designated team parent, or another representative, to the Team Parent meeting. At this teams will be given instruction and information as to volunteer and snack shack requirements, standard team activities, and other paperwork. Your team manager should coordinate this for each team.

Directly following this meeting (approximately 5:30pm) our expert scorekeeper Zac Waldorph (Board member - Equipment Manager and Majors team manager) will give a very cool training session on scorekeeping; that is, how to keep the book that is required for all divisions Single A and up. Please one and all with any interest attend this! As I say, it is required to keep the book - and that is a great way to complete volunteer hours - and Zac will show you how it's done.
